Can you imagine what it would be like if you went into a job interview and answered the questions honestly?
Manager: "What are some of your best and worst traits?".
Me: Well... I have a hard time focusing on shit that doesn't really matter to me so please don't annoy me with meaningless and repetitive tasks, unless you are looking to kill my soul. Also, most of the time I think I have the best ideas, and if my ideas aren't considered then I'll probably procrastinate most of the day by checking my Facebook, Twitter and surfing Reddit.com; I'll turn in half ass work just seconds before the deadline. Oh and I like people......sometimes. So, am I hired?"
